  • Major Defects: If the software has a critical technical issue that prevents it from performing its core functions and our technical team is unable to fix it within a reasonable period.

  • Duplicate Payment: In the event of a technical error resulting in a double charge for the same service.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Once the software access has been granted or the service has been activated, we cannot offer a refund if you simply decide you no longer want the service.

  • Incompatibility: If the software does not work due to the client’s hardware, third-party software conflicts, or lack of technical requirements that were clearly stated before purchase.

  • Custom Projects: For custom software development or personalized IT services, payments made for work already completed are non-refundable.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase or the service activation date.

  • Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Method

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., bKash, Rocket, Nagad, or Bank Transfer) within 10 business days. Please note that any transaction fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted from the final refund amount.
