Delivery Policy: Zoom Network BD

Welcome to Zoom Network BD. Since we provide software and digital services, our delivery process is different from physical goods. Please read this policy to understand how and when you will receive your services.

1. Delivery Method (Digital Delivery)

All our services and software products are delivered digitally. We do not ship any physical products. Delivery is considered complete when:

  • The software access/login credentials are sent to your registered email address or mobile number.

  • The service dashboard or license key is activated for your account.

  • Any downloadable files are made available through our secure portal.

2. Delivery Timeline

We aim to process and deliver our services as quickly as possible:

  • Standard Software/Services: Usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Custom Projects: For specialized software setups, the delivery timeline will be as per the agreement or contract signed between Zoom Network BD and the client.

  • Delays: In case of any technical issues or incomplete information from the client’s end, delivery might be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email or phone in such cases.

3. Customer Responsibility

To ensure a smooth delivery, the client must:

  • Provide a valid and active email address and phone number.

  • Ensure that our emails (from zoomnetworkbd@gmail.com) are not going to the Spam/Junk folder.

  • Keep account passwords and access keys secure once delivered.

4. Technical Support During Delivery

If you do not receive your access or face issues during the initial setup, our team is ready to assist you. We provide remote support to ensure the software is working correctly on your end as per the service terms.

5. Confirmation of Delivery

Once the service is activated or the software is delivered, a confirmation message will be sent to your registered phone number or email. If you believe you haven’t received your service within the promised timeframe, please contact us immediately.
